"Employees are unhelpful. Take forever to answer questions. Aren’t clear on what you are paying for or what information is needed from you until the arbitrary due date has passed. Zero contact about policy issues unless you ask about something first or they need money. Has been a nightmare to work with. I would recommend literally anywhere else."
